Warranty on repairs and services:
On all repairs, we extend a one year warranty on all services and parts repairs. This warranty however does not cover replica or aftermarket parts or stones.
Return Policy:
All sales come with one year warranty covering manufacturer defects. Warranties are void if watch or jewelry is tampered with by another jeweler or watchmaker. If customer is unhappy with the item for other reasons, we allow one trade for full credit used towards another item of the same or greater value, in the same category. If credit came from an discounted item, the trade credit value can only be used at equal or less discount. Credits and trades are not allowed to be combined with other offers or discounts.
Warranty: Our watches are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty service will be provided by Brickell Jewelers under the following conditions:
- The warranty applies to the following:
- Manufacturing defects
- Watch movement
- Battery replacement
- The warranty does not apply to:
- Scratches or changes to the finish
- The glass or crystal
- The crown or stem
- The case, strap, or bracelet
- Damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear and/or physical abuse
- Damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations
- Water damage resulting from the crown or helium valve being left open or unscrewed, since the timepiece was not in waterproof setting.
- This warranty is valid only at Brickell Jewelers. All warranty service must be performed by Brickell Jewelers. The warranty is voided for any products opened or serviced by any other party.
- Brickell Jewelers will repair or replace the product at our discretion, including the cost of all parts and labor during the warranty period.
- Brickell Jewelers disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Goods must be returned via a traceable carrier, such as FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS), with insurance, tracking number and signature required.. The customer is liable for loss or damage in transit.
- Brickell Jewelers will return the repaired or replacement item at no charge to the customer.
